Headset communication without the restriction of wires! Peltor's new "Bluetooth" headset uses state of the art Bluetooth technology allowing for ultimate flexibility when “synched-up” to your existing communication system. Transmit and receive without the need for interconnecting cords and wires. Unbelievably convenient and easy to use! Within a few seconds of initially synchronizing the headset and adaptor to each other, they are ready to be used as a system. They utilize digital transmission on 2.45Ghz, frequency hopping at 1600/s , no cross talk with other units in close proximity. Range about 50 feet. Aircraft pushback version uses standard J-51 aircraft intercom connector for the Bluetooth adaptor unit. The headset is controlled with four buttons: A function button, a call button (PTT/answer button) and two buttons for turning the volume up and down. Utilizes Bluetooth Aircraft Module FL6007-WSGB.
