Q: I want to return my purchase!  What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return youritem(s) for a full refund, minus freight, within 30 after you receivedit.  Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging. 

The easiest way to return your merchandise is by filling out and submitting the RMA Form.  You can also give us a call at 800.418.0150. 

Once the information is received your return label will be sent to you via email.  If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we would be happy to have the label mailed out to you.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging andplace it in a shipping box.  Attach the label to the sealed box.  Besure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off.  Ablack marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location,but please do not drop your return off at a drop box.  To find thenearest authorized shipping location, please visit www.ups.com.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach BOSS. Once it isreceived and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), Your refundwill be processed and automatically applied to your credit card ororiginal method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending onyour credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business daysafter your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us.  Onceit is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automaticallyapplied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.  Pleasenot that depending on your credit card company, it may take anadditional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it topost to your account.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping (UPS Ground), you should receive your order within 4-10 business days after the order is received.  Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.  Note:  You will be notified immediately if your order will not be delivered within the 4-10 business days.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out.Expedited orders placed before 1 PM (PST) on a business day will beshipped out the same day (as long as the item is in stock). All otherorders will be shipped out based on which option you choose.  Note:  Expedited shipping is shown in business days only.  IE: If you ordered Next Day Air on Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday.  Please call customer service at 800.418.0150 if you need Saturday delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

In addition to all U.S. Sates, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses, shipments can be made to Canada online.  All other orders shipping outside the U.S. or Canada can be placed by calling customer service at 1.800.418.0150.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.   Please call customer service at 1.800.418.0150 to place these orders.  Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.  Note: Some orders may be subject to additional charges (ie. insurance).

Q: How can I track my order?

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log intoyour account using your email address and password, then click on yourorder number in your order history. The tracking number will appearunder the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, itwill take you to the tracking information for your order.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package.However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide tochoose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, if youwould like this option then you can contact customer service at800.418.0150 or customerservice@bosssafety.com immediately after you placed the order and we’ll add the option.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

The shipping charges will depend on the product(s) that you are returning.  Most of the time the return shipping cost will be similar to the price that was originally paid for shipping.

Q: Where does my product ship from?

Most of the product will ship from our main warehouse in California.  Occasionallywe will have the orders shipped directly to you from the manufacturewhich will change the origin destination accordingly.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

Not for most products. There is only a minimum requirement for someof our customization orders. See our Customization Page for moreinformation. For other orders, there is no minimum number of items youmust purchase.

Q: What are my payment options?

BOSS currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders.  We may also accept Wire Transfers by calling customer service at 800.418.0150.  Ifyou are a business or government agency and would like to apply forcredit please contact customer service or fill out a credit application.

Q: How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is received.  Note: This may anywhere between 2-30 minutes.  You may also want to check your spam inbox to make sure the confirmation did not get sent there.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

You will only be charged sales tax if you order from the state ofCalifornia. Items sold and shipped to destinations in the state ofCalifornia are subject to sales tax. Each customer shall be solelyresponsible for all sales, use, or any other type of taxes, on ordersshipped to any states other than Florida.
